his guitar is great easy listening and musically pleasing,not a constant stream of uncoordinated noise
So easy to perform. I can Even play it without using a plectrum
I was fortunate enough to see Dire Straits in concert in Sydney in 1986 without doubt the best concert i have ever seen. All the band members were excellent but Mark Knopfler is probably one of the nicest and most talented musicians in the world.
Does this guitar solo have a name? I want to put it on my Spotify list.

Mark Knopfler is so underrated as a guitar player. In my opinion he is up there with the greats
Hallo, ich kann dich beruhigen, bin definitiv kein Fachmann oder ähnliches, aber alle Kenner wissen was knopfler ist. Mark gehört schon lange zu den größten Gitarristen der Welt. Gegenstimmen gibts immer, wenn du zufällig 3 negative Zeilen hintereinander ließt sagt dein Unterbewusstsein: knopfler ist madig. Du kannst in diesem Land nichts mehr glauben egal wem und wo. Außer du hast Zugang zu freien Medien oder im Internet Chats mit Fachleuten. Ich kann die von jedem 2. Gerücht oder Falschmeldungen sagen aus welcher Richtung oder welcher. Vereinigung, Gruppierung es kommt und was im großen und ganzen damit bezweckt werden soll. Das end-end-end Ergebnis ist immer das gleiche. Es geht immer nur um Geopolitische Macht und Kapital. Aber du beweist mit deiner Sorge um Marks Ruf schon mal Geschmack und Charakterstärke und sogar Werte die in dir stecken. Haben nicht mehr viele, leider. Mach’s gut und bleib bitte genau so wie du bist. Gruß André
